Depression Anxiety Stress Test is an assessment tool to measure your Stress, Anxiety and Depression level with the help of a questionnaire. The Depression Anxiety and Stress Test Scale (DASS-21) is a set of three self-report scales designed to measure the emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress.
